Professional experience reflection
As a francophone expatriate, working in francophone Africa, I learned to adapt, integrate and how to build a prosperous and thriving community. As an educator working with various ages, I have learned to adapt my methods, language and approach. These experiences, across the various sectors I have worked in, place me in a unique position where I excel in systems thinking and the development, and implementation of new initiatives and system transformation. They also point to my abilities as a self-starter, motivated, ambitious, multi-lingual, and positive problem solver.
