2+2 =7

The 2 + 2 = 7 assignment is a comparative integrative examination of four academic critical pedagogy readings. Two of the readings must be from the course material covered so far, and two are new readings related to your literature review topic. The 2 + 2 = 7 should focus on the common, complementary, and contradictory ideas, themes, or arguments within the readings and highlight critical pedagogy theory or practice or both.
This assignment was intended to ignite and support critical reading and analysis of academic scholarship and provide an opportunity to express ideas in multiple forms. The assignment name is inspired by the saying “the whole is more than the sum of its parts” attributed to Aristotle and recognizes that critical analysis of four readings can result in expansive known and yet-to-be-known learning and meaning.

How do you prioritize and value the worldview presented by the Indigenous groups participating in the research if as a researcher you default to an ethical system that is incongruent with that of the research participants?

Personal Narrative Program Planning Experience

In this narrative, I reflect on my previous involvement with program planning and/or with particular aspects of the process. Specifically looking at my experience developing new programs, identifying clients and stakeholders, gathering information about needs, and drafting a plan for change.
